Technical Overview

Chemistry: Thermosetting epoxy-polyester

Finish: Semi-gloss ripple (leatherette/coarse texture)

Film thickness: 70–100 µm (60 µm minimum)

Cure schedule:

• Standard: 10 mins @ 180°C
• Fast cure: 10 mins @ 160°C (available on request)

Application: Corona electrostatic spray (Tribo adaptable)

Shelf life: 12 months (store <20°C, dry conditions)

RoHS compliant: No lead, cadmium, mercury or hexavalent chromium
