Technical Details

Base chemistry: Thermosetting polyester

Curing schedule (object temp):

• Gloss: 10–30 mins @ 180°C or 7–20 mins @ 190°C

Film thickness recommendation: 60–100 µm

Pretreatment required: Phosphate or chromate for ferrous/zinc/aluminium

Storage: 24 months shelf life (stored <20°C in dry conditions)
